Seasonal Site Information
- RATE: 2026 Season $1950 – $2050 + Tax & Electrical Use
- SEASON: May 1st – Oct 15th (not year round)
- ALL SITES: 30 amp & Water
- SEWER: 300 gal holding tank with site rate, 2 free pump outs, additional pump outs $22 each
- RV AGE: 2001 and newer – all RVs MUST be clean & in good condition
- SHEDS: Allowed 8’X8′ (ATV 8’X10′) – wood, plastic, metal (canvas/tarp not allowed)
- DECKS: Allowed Length: length of RV Width: 12′
- ATVS / GOLF CARTS: Allowed~ with rules
- SITE OCCUPANCY: The Contract is for 2 Adults and their minor (17 yrs & younger) children
- GUESTS: Day & overnight guests are permitted with fees and must register at the Office
- WINTER STORAGE: Included with the following year’s signed Contract
